Now, one smart doctor (Kevin Burkhoff) found out (long story ...) that if you inject 'Promicin' in the blood of regular people, those can develop 4400 abilities. BUT: when you take the shot with Promicin you only have a 50% chance to live. SO: Or you die, or you develop an extraordinary ability.
